Emily's opening day of baseball was today!! She was so excited this morning to wear her uniform for the first time. So at 6am Jason and Emily were up and getting the rest of the house up. We stopped along the way to the ball park and had breakfast. As with many things, we arrived on time only to wait, and wait, and wait to get started. Once everyone was lined up, they lined all the teams on the field and Opening Ceremonies began. From there we went to the activities that were set up for the kids to play. Jason was not big on the stuff to do, so we went from line to line and didn't really do much with him. Emily really enjoyed the things she went on. She started with a trampoline ride and then went on to the bungee races and finally to the big inflatable slide! 
Then it was time for lunch, pictures and oh that's right, her baseball game!!
She did really well, even hit a double. All in all a fun, but tiring day. After the game we came home for naps:-)

Sounds like an exhausting day but a lot of fun at the same time. She just looks to big in her uniform!
I can't believe she had a game after all the festivities! What a busy day. Way to hit the ball, Emily!
