It seems that this is another tradition in the fighter community and therefore here at TPS to grow a mustache for the month of March. Here is what Kirt ended up with at the end of the month.

10 More Weeks
It is hard to believe that there are only 10 more weeks of TPS! I remember when we first got here and Kirt was just starting class and I thought boy this could be a long year. Now here we are with only 10 weeks to go. I guess when you stay busy, the time passess quickly. Still no official orders, but they should come soon.

Just a Year
Upper photo-- this Easter
Lower Photo-- last Easter
I was looking at some old pictures and thought about how much the kids have changed in the last year. Jason was barely talking and now will tell you his version of a full story. Emily was pretty shy and now will also talk anyone who will listen. We see this drastic change with most of the kids in the class. It is truly amazing how fast kids grow up. Emily will be in Kindergarten in just a few months, it just doesn't seem possible.
Babysitting Aislin
Yesterday we watched one of the other kids from the class so her mom could go into town for a doctor visit. The kids had a lot of fun playing with their friend. I'm glad that we have been able to be a part of this wonderful group of people.

Easter Sunday
The kids were visited this morning by the Easter Bunny. They were very excited about their baskets. The got some play-doh, candy, and a couple of movies. We had a small scale egg hunt in the house, didn't want the eggs to blow away in the wind... Turns out here in the desert the wind blows a lot. Anyway, all in all we had a good Easter. Hope you did too.

I guess they like each other after all
The kids were in the living room watching TV this morning, when they were suddenly very quiet. Making sure that they weren't hurting each other, I went to investigate. I saw Emily sitting in the floor and Jason sat down in front and leaned back against her to snuggle. It is nice to see that sometimes they actually do like each other.

Jason's new 'Do
I was getting tired of chasing Jason around the house just to brush his hair. Who knew my boy would have the high maintenance hair!! So on Wednesday while Emily was at school, I took him for a haircut. Don't know if we will go this short for a while, but it will grow back. Thanks Grandma for the outfit, it makes him look like such a "big boy".

100 Days Party
We had our 100 days (really 90 days)'till graduation party last night. The theme was cowboy complete with horses for the kids and a couple of parents to ride. We had a blast. Thank you to those that put it together. We were able to get a family photo taken while we were there, we should get that soon. It is amazing the talents that the people in our class have and it is during these events that they let those talents shine. Some of the wives in the class made the little horses that the kids are playing with. It is just hard to believe that there are only 90 days left.
